- Duration: 16 days from Date of Entry (Day of Arrival / Departure count as full days, 14 days remaining)
- Print Out: Not necessary, digital copy for scanning is sufficient
- Processing Time: 4 days from Date of Application
- Validity: 60 days from Date of Issue

The following documents are required to apply for a Russian e-Visa in 2023:
- Digital passport photo in .jpeg format
- Digital face photo in .jpeg format
- Medical Insurance covering Russian Federation territory
- Valid national passport

- Click “Fill in an e-visa application form”
- Read the characteristics of the unified e-visa and condistions for issuance
- Agree with all three conditions via checkbox and click “Fill out a new application form”
- Register an account
- Upload your Photo according to the specifications
- Fill in your Personal details
- Fill in your Visit details
- Fill in your Martial status and relatives
- Fill in your Contacts and employment
- Provide Additional Information according to the questionaire
- Verify the summary for correctness of your data and proceed with the payment
- Follow up on the status of your application in your account
